Shipping and Return Policy
When you receive your furniture item (s), count all and inspect for any damage or shortage when signing the delivery receipt. Please report all product damage or shortages after receiving shipment. Note the damage when possible in the log with the delivery driver. Call us at 239-405-7214 or email email@example.com. You the Customer are responsible for return freight cost back to Factory.
Please review your purchase. If not satisfied then Please Call us 239-405-7214 so we can correct or refund your money. If you simply do not like what you ordered, then we will accept prompt return back to us provided you the customer pay a 15% restocking fee and pay for the freight to ship it back to warehouse. We have had no returns since we opened for business, our product is just that nice, beautiful and of the highest quality available.
